Ingredients
- 3 cakes or 4 small jars Old English cheese
- 3 cakes (3 oz. pkg.) cream cheese
- 1/2 lb. Roquefort cheese
- 1 small onion
- 1 lb. shelled pecans
- dash of pepper
- parsley
Method
- Put cheeses in mixing bowl; let stand until soft.
- Grind pecans and add to cheeses.
- Add grated onion and a dash of pepper.
- Work with hands to form a large ball; cover with parsley.
- Chill and serve.
