Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 med. onion, 1 inch cuts
- 2 green peppers, 1 inch cuts
- 4 med. potatoes, 3/4 inch cuts
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
Method
- In large skillet, brown sausage on all sides.
- Drain off drippings; add in remaining ingredients.
- Cover and simmer over low heat about 15-20 min or possibly till potatoes are fork tender.
