Ingredients
- 16 double graham crackers, crushed
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
Method
- Crush graham crackers and combine with butter and sugar. Spread into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Cream large package of cream cheese.
- Add 2 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla.
- Beat well and spread over crumb mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
- Let cool and then pour over top the pie filling.
- Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Serves 12.
