Ingredients

  • 16 double graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling

Method

  • Crush graham crackers and combine with butter and sugar. Spread into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Cream large package of cream cheese.
  • Add 2 eggs, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla.
  • Beat well and spread over crumb mixture.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
  • Let cool and then pour over top the pie filling.
  • Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
  • Top with whipped cream.
  • Serves 12.
