Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/8 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 3 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Brown sausage until it crumbles.
- Drain, reserving 1 tablespoon of drippings.
- Add oleo to drippings.
- Add flour and cook 1 minute.
- Add milk and cook until thickened.
- Stir in sausage and seasonings.
