Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. hot or mild sausage
- 12 slices bacon, cut in half
- 12 slices white bread, no crust
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Method
- Cook sausage, drain and crumble.
- Mix with cream cheese until spreadable.
- Cut each slice of bread in half (24 rectangles). Spread sausage-cheese mixture on each rectangle.
- Roll bread up and wrap one piece bacon around each.
- Secure with wooden pick. Bake 35 minutes at 350° on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Makes 24 snacks.
