Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese (low-fat)
- 1 lb. hot bulk sausage
- 2 1/2 c. Bisquick (low-fat)
Method
- Cut cheese into cubes; place in top of double broiler.
- Cook over hot water, stirring frequently until melted.
- Place sausage, Bisquick and cheese in large mixing bowl; mix well.
- Shape into small balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- May be frozen before baking.
- Place on cookie; freeze until firm, then place in freezer bags.
