Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese (low-fat)
  • 1 lb. hot bulk sausage
  • 2 1/2 c. Bisquick (low-fat)

Method

  • Cut cheese into cubes; place in top of double broiler.
  • Cook over hot water, stirring frequently until melted.
  • Place sausage, Bisquick and cheese in large mixing bowl; mix well.
  • Shape into small balls and place on cookie sheet.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  • May be frozen before baking.
  • Place on cookie; freeze until firm, then place in freezer bags.
