Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 (16 oz.) can chili without beans
- 1 c. milk
- 1 lb. Velveeta hot Mexican cheese
- 1 lb. Velveeta regular cheese
Method
- Brown ground beef and drain fat.
- Melt cheese in microwave and place in crock-pot on low setting.
- Add chili and ground beef to crock-pot.
- Stir in cup of milk.
- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking after mixing all ingredients together.
