Ingredients
- 1 lb. hot or mild sausage
- 4 c. Bisquick
- 2 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Mix sausage (room temperature), cheese and Bisquick until well blended. Use your hands.
- Shape into small size balls.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
- Freezes well.
