Ingredients
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 c. Bisquick
- cayenne pepper or Tabasco sauce
Method
- Have sausage and cheese at room temperature.
- Mix uncooked sausage with cheese and Bisquick.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet.
- (You can freeze now on the sheet.
- When frozen, they can be bagged.)
- Bake at 400° about 15 to 20 minutes. You can bake and freeze them, too.
