Ingredients
- 2 cubes margarine
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 c. water
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 c. sour milk
- 2 eggs
Method
- Simmer to boiling the margarine, cocoa and water.
- Blend together in a large bowl the flour, sugar, soda, sour milk and eggs.
- Add chocolate mixture to flour mixture.
- Bake cake in a 17 x 11-inch jelly roll pan (any smaller and cake will run over). Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
- Bake 5 minutes more while you make frosting.
- Frost the cake immediately after removing from oven.
