Ingredients
- 1 lb. hot sausage
- 1 can nacho cheese soup
- 1 bag nacho chips
- 1 (10 oz.) block jalapeno cheese (Monterey hot or white cheese with chopped pepper in it)
Method
- Fry sausage.
- Mash up as for chili.
- Drain all grease from sausage.
- Pat with paper towels.
- In a crock-pot, add grated cheese, soup, 3/4 can of water and sausage.
- Cook approximately 2 hours or until cheese has melted.
- I put my cheese and soup mix in the microwave and melt the cheese (5 to 10 minutes), then add the sausage and it is ready.
- Serve warm with chips.
