Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 can nacho cheese soup
  • 1 bag nacho chips
  • 1 (10 oz.) block jalapeno cheese (Monterey hot or white cheese with chopped pepper in it)

Method

  • Fry sausage.
  • Mash up as for chili.
  • Drain all grease from sausage.
  • Pat with paper towels.
  • In a crock-pot, add grated cheese, soup, 3/4 can of water and sausage.
  • Cook approximately 2 hours or until cheese has melted.
  • I put my cheese and soup mix in the microwave and melt the cheese (5 to 10 minutes), then add the sausage and it is ready.
  • Serve warm with chips.
