Ingredients

  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of paprika
  • 6 to 8 slices American cheese
  • 16 Keebler Club crackers
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Chop shrimp, add mayonnaise, onion and seasonings, mixing well.
  • Cut strips of cheese to fit Club crackers, top each one with 1 tablespoon of mixture.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (optional).
  • Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350°.
