Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 can drained sauerkraut, rinsed
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper or sweet red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can pimientos (optional)
Method
- In large bowl, combine sugar and oil; mix well.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Chill several hours before serving.
