Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 4 tsp. flour
- 1/2 c. cooked ham
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. half and half
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- chopped parsley (garnish)
- chopped pimento (garnish)
Method
- Combine cheese and flour. Sprinkle over pie shell.
- Mix remaining ingredients, beating until smooth.
- Pour over cheese in pie shell.
- Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until firm.
- Garnish with parsley and pimento before serving.
