Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and well-drained
- 2/3 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. cold water
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Squeeze sauerkraut until dry.
- Place in food processor.
- Process until finely chopped.
