Ingredients

  • FOR THE CAKE:
  • 1 box (18.25 Oz. Size) Moist Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 box (5.9 Oz. Size) Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cups Vodka
  • 1/4 cups Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
  • 3/4 cups Water
  • FOR THE GLAZE:
  • 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Kahlua

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all cake ingredients in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Spray a bundt pan with Pam, and pour in batter. Cook for about 40 minutes until you can poke the cake with a toothpick and it comes out clean. Let cool COMPLETELY, then turn upside-down onto a plate.
  • For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and Kahlua. Poke holes all over the cake with a fork and drizzle with the glaze. (This way the glaze gets inside the cake and makes it extra moist.) Sprinkle with a little more powdered sugar to make it pretty and enjoy!
