Ingredients

  • 1 box macaroni
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 2 green peppers (optional)
  • 1 small can tomatoes
  • 1 small can whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 bottle catsup or 1 c. spaghetti sauce

Method

  • Cook the macaroni in plenty of salted water; drain and set aside.
  • Fry together the ground beef, onion and peppers.
  • Make sure they get done but do not brown.
  • When done, add the tomatoes, corn and catsup or spaghetti sauce.
  • Cook slowly for 30 minutes and then add cooked macaroni and cook a few minutes longer.
