Ingredients
- 1 box macaroni
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 green peppers (optional)
- 1 small can tomatoes
- 1 small can whole kernel corn
- 1/2 bottle catsup or 1 c. spaghetti sauce
Method
- Cook the macaroni in plenty of salted water; drain and set aside.
- Fry together the ground beef, onion and peppers.
- Make sure they get done but do not brown.
- When done, add the tomatoes, corn and catsup or spaghetti sauce.
- Cook slowly for 30 minutes and then add cooked macaroni and cook a few minutes longer.
