Ingredients

  • 940 grams Ground Beef
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 128 grams Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 3 tsp minced garlic
  • 5 thinly sliced spring onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 7 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 6 tbsp White wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 a bunch of toasted sesame seeds and sliced spring onions

Method

  • Preheat oven to 250F Celsius
  • In a large bowl mix together meatball ingredients until well combined.
  • Shape into balls to a size pf your liking.
  • Place the balls in a baking dish
  • Bake for about 20 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink on the inside
  • While the meatbalss are baking, wisk together all the sauce ingredients until blended.
  • Once meatballs finish cooking, ypu can eother dip the meatballs in the sauce with a toothpick or you can pour the sauce over the meatballs.
  • Serve warm and garnish with toastes sesame seeds and scallion if desired.
