Ingredients
- cucumbers
- vinegar
- 4 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. pickling spice
- 2 tsp. alum
Method
- Wash cukes but do not cut off ends.
- Pack tightly in glass gallon jar.
- Add salt, pickling spice and alum.
- Fill jar with vinegar.
- Screw on lid and set aside for 6 weeks.
