Ingredients
- 1 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 1/3 cup water
- 1-1/2 cups shelled fresh or frozen edamame
- 2 T toasted sesame oil
- 2 T olive oil
- 1-1/2 lemons - zest and juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 T chopped cilantro
- 2 T soy sauce - reduced sodium
- 1 t toasted sesame seeds
Method
- Process almonds in food processor 1-2 min, scrape as needed
- Add water and remaining ingredients through soy sauce
- Process until blended, about 3 mins
- Spoon into bowl
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds
