Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar
- grated rind of 1 orange
- grated rind of 1/2 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Method
- Combine sugar, fruit rinds and juices.
- Stir until well blended.
- Spread over top and sides of cake.
- Very good on pound cakes.
