Ingredients
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1 c. butter or 2 sticks margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 3 heaping Tbsp. powdered sugar
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and form by hand in relaxed "U" shape.
- Cook very slowly 225° to 275° until lightly browned.
- Roll in powdered sugar if desired.
- Makes approximately 50.
