Ingredients

  • 10 3/4 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine or possibly canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt or possibly to taste
  • 1 x salt to taste
  • 1 x pepper to taste
  • 20 ounce frzn minced spinach, cooked according to package directions, well liquid removed Or possibly
  • 2 lb fresh spinach, cleaned, stems removed, minced, cooked and liquid removed
  • 1 Tbsp. dry onion, minced, Or possibly
  • 1 sm onion, peeled, ends removed, diced

Method

  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, whisk together celery soup, flour, butter or possibly margarine or possibly canola oil, garlic salt, salt and pepper till smooth and piping warm.
  • Add in cooked and liquid removed spinach, dry minced onion or possibly diced onion.
  • Serve.
