Ingredients
- 10 3/4 can cream of celery soup
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine or possibly canola oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt or possibly to taste
- 1 x salt to taste
- 1 x pepper to taste
- 20 ounce frzn minced spinach, cooked according to package directions, well liquid removed Or possibly
- 2 lb fresh spinach, cleaned, stems removed, minced, cooked and liquid removed
- 1 Tbsp. dry onion, minced, Or possibly
- 1 sm onion, peeled, ends removed, diced
Method
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, whisk together celery soup, flour, butter or possibly margarine or possibly canola oil, garlic salt, salt and pepper till smooth and piping warm.
- Add in cooked and liquid removed spinach, dry minced onion or possibly diced onion.
- Serve.
