Ingredients
- 1/2 stick melted butter or margarine
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained or undrained
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans beef consomme soup
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Stir together so well blended.
- Bake uncovered. Quick, easy and especially good with beef and barbecue chicken.
