Ingredients
- 8 lean pork chops
- 4 medium sized Irish potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 medium sized onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- salt to taste
Method
- Brown chops in frying pan.
- Make layers of chops and sliced onions in a casserole dish.
- Pour mushroom soup over this.
- Bake, covered, one hour at 350°.
- Use your own judgment about potatoes and onions, just enough of each to make a layer over chops. Serves 8.
