Ingredients
- 5 to 8 jalapenos
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 tomatillos (green tomatoes)
- 1/4 c. cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic
Method
- Boil jalapenos, tomatoes and tomatillos (green tomatoes) until tender.
- Drain.
- Add ingredients to blender plus the cilantro, salt, pepper and garlic.
- Pulse blend 3 to 4 times.
- This is a kind of chunky salsa.
