Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 3 c. corn flakes
- 2 tsp. paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tsp. margarine
Method
- Remove skin from thighs.
- Remove bone and fat.
- Pound meat thin, wet chicken.
- Mix corn flakes, paprika and pepper in plastic bag and crush.
- Coat chicken, place on large shallow pan.
- Pour oil on top of each piece.
- Bake at 400° for about 20 minutes or until done.
