Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can pink salmon
- 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 egg
- cooking oil
Method
- Drain salmon into strainer (remove bones, if desired).
- Place in mixing bowl.
- Add egg, flour, onion and season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
- Blend well.
- Make small patties. Fry in cooking oil until brown (remove and place on paper towel to absorb oil).
