Ingredients
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 c. uncooked oatmeal
- 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes cereal
- 2 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 1/3 chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
Method
- Mix all ingredients except the margarine until combined.
- Shape into 4 patties.
- Coat a nonstick skillet with the margarine; add the patties.
- Cook over medium-high heat for 7 to 8 minutes, until the patties form a brown crust.
- Carefully turn the patties and cook for another 7 to 8 minutes.
