Ingredients

  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 c. uncooked oatmeal
  • 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes cereal
  • 2 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 1/3 chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine

Method

  • Mix all ingredients except the margarine until combined.
  • Shape into 4 patties.
  • Coat a nonstick skillet with the margarine; add the patties.
  • Cook over medium-high heat for 7 to 8 minutes, until the patties form a brown crust.
  • Carefully turn the patties and cook for another 7 to 8 minutes.
