Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
- 2 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 (10 lb.) brisket
Method
- Trim fat off brisket.
- Liberally sprinkle meat tenderizer and garlic salt on both sides of brisket.
- Pour Worcestershire sauce and rub in with hands on both sides, then rub in brown sugar on both sides with hands.
- Bake in oven at 250° in covered pan for 7 or 8 hours (I usually bake it overnight) or until tender.
