Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
  • 2 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. buttered bread crumbs or 1 c. seasoned herb dressing mix
  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. each: onion and celery, chopped

Method

  • Boil chicken breasts in salted water with onion and celery for 40 minutes.
  • Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry.
  • Cut chicken in bite size pieces.
  • Place broccoli in a greased casserole, next the chicken and top all with sauce.
  • Top sauce with grated cheese and crumbs or dressing mix.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Serves 6.
