Ingredients
- 1 (17 oz.) can dark sweet cherries
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) orange jello
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (3 oz.) bottle stuffed olives, sliced
Method
- Drain cherries (pit and slice).
- Add water to cherry syrup and lemon juice to make 1 3/4 cups liquid.
- Heat but do not boil.
- Pour over jello; stir until dissolved.
- Chill until partly set.
- Add cherries, olives and nuts.
- Serves 8.
