Ingredients
- 4 oz. salmon, drained (per serving)
- 1 slice bread, finely crumbled
- 1/4 c. tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. dehydrated onions
- 1 Tbsp. celery, chopped
Method
- Stir together all ingredients.
- Makes 3 patties or 1 serving. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
