Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. onion, grated
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke (optional)
- chopped pecans
Method
- Combine salmon with other ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Shape into log or ball.
- Cover with chopped pecans and serve with crackers. Chill well.
- Best when made several hours before serving.
