Ingredients
- 1 lb. can red salmon, drained, boned and skinned
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
Method
- Mix well and roll into two logs.
- Roll again on crushed pecans and dried parsley.
- Place in Saran Wrap or foil.
- Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- May be frozen; eat with crackers.
