Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. cornmeal
- 8 oz. can salmon, undrained
Method
- Mix ingredients thoroughly and drop from teaspoon into hot fat to fry.
- Watch closely and turn to brown other side.
- Fry about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- Yields 8 to 12 croquettes.
