Ingredients
- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
- salt to taste
- paprika
Method
- Slice the eggs lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and mash with a fork. Stir in the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and salt.
- Stuff yolk mixture into the egg white halves.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika.
- Makes 12 eggs.
