Ingredients
- 9-inch prepared graham cracker pie crust
- 12 oz. cream cheese (large size if ounces vary between brands)
- 1/2 c. peanut butter, either creamy or chunky, as preferred
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Wip
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- chopped nuts (optional)
Method
- Cream well the cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar. Add milk a little at a time to break up any lumps and blend well. Fold in Cool Whip.
- Spread in the pie shell and freeze.
