Ingredients
- 1 pt. salmon
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 small chopped onions
- 3 celery sticks, chopped
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 egg
Method
- Drain and rinse salmon in cold water twice.
- Place in a large mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients. Thoroughly mix. Form into small balls. Drop into preheated oil in a deep fryer (peanut oil gives the best flavor).
- Drain on paper towels.
- You can serve hot or refrigerate and serve cold.
