Ingredients
- 1 lb. can salmon (2 c. drain)
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
Method
- Combine salmon, cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish and salt.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Chill.
- When firm enough to handle, form into a ball.
- Roll in pecans and parsley.
- Chill well.
