Ingredients
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can pink salmon
- 12 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (I prefer Hellman's Light)
- 2 large eggs, Beaten
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
Method
- Drain and flake the salmon into a medium mixing bowl.
- Combine salmon, bread crumbs, mayonaise, lemon juice, egg, parsely and garlic powder & blend well.
- Make 8 patties out of the mixture.
- Spray a skillet with no stick cooking spray.
- Put burner on medium.
- Put patties into the skillet, heat both sides until they are browned, and the salmon pattie is heated through.
- Serve as is, or wrap in lettuce.
- You can also put on a bun of your choice (calories not added in).
