Ingredients

  • 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can pink salmon
  • 12 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (I prefer Hellman's Light)
  • 2 large eggs, Beaten
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder

Method

  • Drain and flake the salmon into a medium mixing bowl.
  • Combine salmon, bread crumbs, mayonaise, lemon juice, egg, parsely and garlic powder & blend well.
  • Make 8 patties out of the mixture.
  • Spray a skillet with no stick cooking spray.
  • Put burner on medium.
  • Put patties into the skillet, heat both sides until they are browned, and the salmon pattie is heated through.
  • Serve as is, or wrap in lettuce.
  • You can also put on a bun of your choice (calories not added in).
