Ingredients
- 6 bunches fresh basil
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 34 cup roasted pine nuts
- 34-1 cup olive oil
- 34 cup fresh garlic
Method
- Rost pine nuts on a baking sheet at 350 for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden.
- Combine basil, parsley, pine nuts and garlic in food processor and add olive oil until desired consistency is reached.
