Ingredients
- 1 lb. can salmon
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
- 2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Method
- Drain liquid from salmon and remove skin and bones.
- Add next 5 ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Add cream cheese.
- Chill overnight. Form into a ball and roll in chopped nuts and parsley.
