Ingredients
- 1 egg, plus enough water to equal 1 1/3 c.
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 c. bread flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 tsp. active dry yeast
Method
- Place ingredients in bread pan in order listed.
- Use dough setting; press start.
- When setting is complete, remove dough from bread pan.
- Place on lightly floured surface.
- Divide dough into 24 pieces.
- Shape into balls.
- Place on greased baking sheet(s) about 1/2-inch apart.
- Let stand, covered, in a warm draft-free place 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Makes 24 rolls.
