Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- 4 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 heaping tsp. Accent
- 3 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 tomatoes, cubed
- 1 heaping tsp. seasoning salt
- 2 heaping tsp. chives
- enough lettuce for 4 servings
Method
- The dressing will look very thick, but it covers a whole salad.
- The salad is best when served ice cold.
- Croutons or baked pieces of pita bread are good with it.
