Ingredients
- 1/3 can onion soup (save remaining for gravy)
- 1 1/2 lb. ground hamburg
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. mustard
Method
- Mix together the first 6 ingredients and make into patties. Brown on both sides.
- Drain off grease.
- Lay in layers in cake pan.
- Take remaining soup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard, mix together and pour over patties.
- Cover with foil and bake slowly for 30 minutes at 325°.
