Ingredients
- 1 lb. Domino confectioners sugar
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Method
- Mix sugar and cocoa in a bowl.
- In a boiler, melt butter over low heat.
- Add sugar/cocoa mixture to melted butter.
- Stir good. Add milk and vanilla.
- Stir until smooth.
- Add pecans.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper or pour into a 9 x 5 buttered Pyrex dish. Cool and cut into squares.
- Makes 24 pieces.
