Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. vanilla wafers
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. rum
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
Method
- Crush wafers; mix nuts, cocoa, corn syrup and rum until soft paste.
- Dust palms of hands with confectioners sugar.
- Shape in balls.
- Set aside 1 hour, then roll in sugar.
- Store in airtight container.
- Makes 30 balls.
