Ingredients
- 2 lb. large mushrooms
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. onions, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. parsley, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 3/4 c. olive oil
Method
- Wash mushrooms.
- Remove stems, chop.
- Mix chopped stems with cheese, bread crumbs, onions, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and oregano.
- Stuff mixture in mushroom caps.
- Pour a little olive oil onto a baking pan.
- Arrange the mushrooms in oil.
- Pour the remaining oil over mushrooms.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 25 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 people.
- Prep time:
- 10 to 15 minutes.
- Baking time: 25 minutes.
