Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Boil the cauliflower (head-up); drain and separate. Beat 2 egg yolks. Add 1/2 cup milk. Stir in 3/4 cup flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Beat the batter until it's smooth. Dip the cauliflower into the batter. Deep fry until golden brown.
